Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 21, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the deposit amount of KRW 10,000,000 for the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”), monthly rent of KRW 600,000, and the lease period from July 21, 2016 to July 20, 2018.

(hereinafter) The Defendant paid KRW 2,600,000 to the Plaintiff on the same day, and agreed to pay KRW 7,400,000 to the Plaintiff after three months.

B. After that, the Defendant occupied and used the instant real estate, and did not pay the monthly rent from July 21, 2016.
