Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in a SP area.

On September 5, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 02:58, and made a turn to the left at a speed of 20km depending on the first two-lanes among three-lanes, namely, a village apartment located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 382, from the side of the lower bank, 2001.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive a person engaged in driving service in accordance with good faith.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected it and caused the victim D (the 46-year old) to use it on the road by shocking the front wheel part of the bus exclusive lanes when the left-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand, when the victim D (the 46-year old) turns-on the front side of the bus exclusive lanes.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from an injury of blood transfusion by occupational negligence, under which the victim suffered approximately five weeks of medical treatment, without an open address in the head, which requires treatment.
