The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On March 13, 2016, the Defendant assaulted 3-4 times on the hand floor of the victim E (29 years of age) who is the head of D hospital general at D hospital in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, on the ground that the Defendant did not engage in this personnel affairs at the first floor of D hospital No. 20:10 on March 13, 2016.
