Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 21, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around July 22:20, 2015; (b) around Busan Dong-gu apartment B apartment Non-dong 2; (c) around the Defendant’s drinking together with his/her daily behaviors; and (d) caused neighboring people to fright up with his/her happiness.

2. From around 22:44 on the same day, the Defendant damaged documents for public use by damaging documents used by public offices in tearing the notice of penalty payment on the ground that he did not put the notice of penalty payment on the ground that he did not put the notice on the part of the Defendant, when he prepared a notice of penalty payment in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (F) at the Busan Dong Police Station D District of the Busan Dong Police Station located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan, Dong-gu, Busan, and that E in the circumstances where he belongs to the District would demand the Defendant to affix his signature on the part of the Defendant.
