Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as an engineer related to selective distribution, and B is a person who distributes fishery products of organized violent distribution subject to management as a member of his/her behavior with Daegu same-sex.

The Defendant and B conspired with each other as a friendship, and the Defendant written a notice on the Internet bulletin board, and B shared the role of counseling on the trading of large vehicles.

No one shall arrange the sale and purchase of a motor vehicle at the request of a person other than its owner entered in the register of motor vehicle registration to arrange the sale and purchase of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, on March 30, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with B, placed a false advertisement, such as “D’s packaging on the website C site in March 2015,” and “the amounting to KRW 89 million in advance, KRW 24 million in sales price and KRW 40 million in sales price,” using the title “D” as it is on the website C, and the Defendant, in collusion with B, engaged in the act of arranging the purchase and sale of the vehicle from persons other than the owner of the vehicle.
