On July 22, 2019, the Defendant forged public document documents: (a) the title sent from the building E Nos. 11:00 in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and from the above “B” to the Financial Supervisory Service, “civil petitions tracking financial accounts (No. 2019 type No. 3856); and (b) the content “to file a complaint with the Financial Supervisory Service with the thickness.”
