A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Around 00:30 on December 12, 2013, 2013, the Road Traffic Act violated the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of Drinking Measures) and deemed that a person was driven under the influence of alcohol, such as smelling and smoking on the face of the E zone F, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report that “the driver of a Dworket shall drive under the influence of alcohol” from the Ethical slope F belonging to the E district, who was dispatched to the site, was in the influence of alcohol, and there is considerable reason to believe that the person was driven under the influence of alcohol, such as drinkinging and smelling on the face of the Ethm, etc., while the person was demanded to comply with the drinking measurement by putting about 30 minutes of the alcohol measuring instrument while the person was under the influence of alcohol, without any justifiable reason, while avoiding the drinking, and without complying with the request of a police officer for

On August 12, 2013, at around 00:00, the driver’s license holder: (a) drive a Drocketing siren car in the section of approximately 1.5 K m without a driver’s license, from the front day of the Korean Steel Supervisory Board, Dongwon-gun, Dongwon-gun, Dongwon-gun, Dongwon-gun, Dongwon-gun, Dongwon-gun, to the front day of the entrance of the three-dimensional apartment located in the same Eup/Myeon, located in the same Eup/Myeon, until around 0:30 on the same day; and (b) “Drocketing

Around 09:20 on August 23, 2013, a person driving a G cargo vehicle without a driver’s license on the front side of a new-interest farm located in the Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, and the front side of the livestock wastewater treatment plant located in the same Eup/Myeon from approximately 5km to the front road of the same Eup/Myeon-gun.
