A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Jeju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and the parole period was expired on September 28, 2012 in the Jeju Correctional Institution.

In addition, on June 8, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on June 16, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 16, 2016, but the recovery of the right to appeal was decided on July 26, 2019 and is still pending in the appellate trial.

On August 7, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 08:44% of the blood alcohol level, driven by Q-to-pur-car as a job, and proceeded on the road preceding S-to-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-hur-h.
