When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2019, at around 23:32, the Defendant driven a D c 125c motor bicycle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.130% in the section of about 500 meters from the road near Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the front road in Gwangjin-gu Seoul.
