On November 4, 2017, around 03:35, the Defendant driven B M&A at around 03:19% alcohol level while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.119% in the middle-gu Yellow-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, U.S., U.S. P. P. O.M. at the studio-dong Office (U.S.) of the same city.
