1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from September 15, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8 (including each number), the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that, on September 15, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant for the interest rate of KRW 40 million on the total amount of the loans extended to the Defendant from September 2012 to September 16, 2015, when the Plaintiff entered into an agreement for KRW 40 million with the Defendant as the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum and the maturity period of payment on September 16, 2015.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest calculated at the rate of 24% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from September 15, 2014 to the date of full payment, agreed on the date of commencing the payment of interest on the loan amount of KRW 40 million and the interest on the loan.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
