Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as a member of the victim C Apartment Housing Reconstruction Project Association, has a complaint in the current business progress method of the association.

1. On March 21, 2017, the Defendant entered into a contract with the service company or issues a false tax invoice by using the Internet text transmission system at the above Defendant’s home on March 21, 2017, to collect KRW 14.7 billion as a partner’s imposition amount in the union financing plan.

Along to 660 members of the total number of members, a written message containing the word " was made and sent to the mobile phone."

However, there was no fact that the association entered into a contract with the service company or issued a false tax invoice.

Nevertheless, the Defendant sent publicly false text messages for the purpose of slandering

The honor of the victim C Apartment Housing Reconstruction Project Association was damaged.

2. On May 28, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around May 28, 2017, using the Internet text transmission system at the Defendant’s home, following the Defendant’s Internet text transmission system, “The 32 persons currently 320 persons written in the indictment are 320 persons in writing, since the shares were decomposed as a contract system without written resolution.” As such, the correction is made to the effect that the 320 persons written in indictment

The member renounced the sales contract.

Although the sale price per member should be 4 million won per member, the number of members corresponding to half of the highest amount of 8 million won has been waived due to the contract.

The Cooperative is entering into a contract for sale without the approval of the sale at present.

Along to approximately 660 members, the message containing the phrase " was made and sent to all members of the society."

However, at the time, 410 of more than 660 members entered into a sales contract, and all of the other members have waived the sales contract.
