Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a BM7 car.

On March 31, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 1 km section from a high-tech zone located in T-Am-dong in Gwangju Mine-gu to a 801-om strekeeldo, as the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a 0.166% alcohol concentration around 20:44, 2015.
