Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person operating a business place for commercial sex acts in the name of "E" on a short-term lease basis in Seoul Gangnam-gu Btel C and No. D, placed a commercial sex acts woman into an employee by advertising "F," etc., which is a commercial sex acts-related site, followed by having employed a commercial sex acts woman as an employee. 1. On February 10, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) received 160,000 won from a male in the name of the above heading room, who found the above place of business, and arranged sexual traffic female employees G and the above male, who employed the above site to have sexual intercourse, and arranged sexual traffic in each of the above officetels heading rooms from September 2019 to February 10, 202.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
