A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2017, in fact, at around 12:37, 2017, the person under whose name the account was named was: (a) even though there was a confiscing to obtain money through the phishing crime; (b) calls to the victim C; and (c) misrepresenting the victim C by calls to the Seoul Central District Prosecutor; and (d) was used for financial fraud by opening a passbook under the name of the party.

When it is intended to confirm that the party is a victim, the money in the account shall be deposited and exchanged into US dollars and shall be delivered to the employee of the Financial Supervisory Service.

“Falsely speaking,” and inducing the victim to deliver USD 11,80,000 to the Defendant in front of the station 172 Mine Doo-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul, for the same day, around 18:40 on the same day, and the Defendant was given the said money from the victim C by doing so under the direction of the victim’s name, as if the victim was a staff member of the Financial Supervisory Service.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with a person who was unable to obtain his name, by deceiving the victim C, and acquired the above money from C.

2. On December 11, 2017, at around 10:35, according to the aforementioned role sharing, the person whose name was influence was: (a) even though there was a confluence to obtain money through the crime of Bosing, thereby hiding it to the victim D; and (b) misrepresenting that the Seoul Central District Inspection was conducted by calls to the victim D; and (c) “Influence passbook was opened in the name of the party and used for financial fraud.”

In order to verify whether the party is a victim, the money in the account shall be deposited and delivered to the employee of the Financial Supervisory Service.
