Punishment of the crime
around 07:00 on August 23, 2014, the Defendant paid 10,000 won to the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, and received food equivalent to KRW 25,400,00 after eating, and continued to return to the said restaurant, and interfere with the victim’s operation of the restaurant.

1. Interference with business;
A. On August 4, 2014, from around 07:00 to around 10:30 of the same day, the Defendant saw that the victim G in Daegu Seo-gu would drink and find drinking out from the “Hstus” operated by the victim G in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu. The victim’s wife I saw that the victim’s wife I am out of the Defendant, let the Defendant open the door “to open the door” and opened the door, and prevented the customers entering the said Schlage from entering the door, thereby obstructing the victim’s Schlage’s business by force.
B. On August 21, 2014, from around 21:00 to 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant her disturbance, such as drinking alcohol in the “L party room” operated by the victim K, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, by drinking alcohol, and drinking food to customers with the place without any special reason, and taking a bath to customers, thereby obstructing the victim’s party funeral business by force.

On September 9, 2014, from around 20:00 to 20:20 on the same day, the Defendant expressed the victim’s bath in the “O” restaurant operated by the victim N in Daegu Seo-gu M with the large interest of “whether the victim is aware of why the victim would not sell alcohol to the Defendant” on the ground that the victim would not sell alcohol to the Defendant.
