A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2013, the Defendant is a person subject to enlistment in active duty service, in his residence located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government B, the same as the Defendant.

(h) The same person for whom three days have passed since he received a notice of enlistment in the active service under the name of the director of the regional military manpower office in Busan, a notice of enlistment in the military service in the name of the head of the regional military manpower office in Yongsan-gu, Gangwon-do;
