On June 14, 2017, around 00:50, the Defendant driven B X-ray vehicles under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.102% from around 150 meters in a section of 150 meters, from the front day of the Dondong Administrative Welfare Center in Namyang-si, Namyang-si to the front day of the Namyang-si.
