A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant conspired with D, E, F, G, or H to induce the victim C (50) to enter into a sexual relationship with E by inducing the victim to enter into a sexual relationship, threatening the victim, and raising money and valuables from the victim under the pretext of agreement.
