Punishment of the crime

around 01:00 on October 5, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim on the street with ten 10 persons, including taxi drivers, on the ground that the victim, who belongs to the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency C District Police Station patrol team, was able to stop home while leaving the Defendant, while the Defendant was working for business taxi drivers and trial expenses at the front crosswalk B, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant told the victim by publicly insulting the victim on the street with 10 persons, including taxi drivers, on the ground that he was able to stop home while leaving the Defendant.
