A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 3, 2013, at around 19:10, the Defendant driven a B EF rocketing or other car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.092% from the 2.5km section from the front day of the Cheongice-gu Scattering-dong to the front day of the third-day pharmacy located in the same Dong.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those who are engaged in driving of BF rocketings and other automobiles.

On July 3, 2013, at around 19:10, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, driven the said car and driven the front road of Pakistan, located in 2-dong, Daegu Northern-gu, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, about 30-40km in the speed of 30 to 40km in accordance with three-lanes from the long-distance flood protection area to the long-distance flood.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained an injury to the said victim C with salt and tensions that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, escaped without any measures such as stopping the said victim’s vehicle without stopping, even though the said victim’s vehicle was damaged to the extent of KRW 403,246, such as the replacement of back panions.

B. On July 3, 2013, the Defendant continued to change the lane into the left-hand side of the damaged vehicle, which the victim E (the age of 43) drives on the road front of the wadon in Daegu Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Daegu, Nowon-gu, 2013.
