1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,139,00 for the Plaintiff and the following: 6% per annum from October 19, 2010 to September 25, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is an individual entrepreneur engaged in a building business under the trade name of “C”, and the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract several times with the Defendant through D who is engaged in real estate consulting. 2) The Plaintiff was awarded from the Defendant a contract with the Defendant for construction of concrete building and installation of a speculative line with the Defendant in the “Sti City E”.
(3) The Plaintiff was awarded a contract from the Defendant for the construction of a new Fresh Living Facilities (hereinafter “instant contract”) as follows (hereinafter “instant contract for the construction of a new Fresh Living Facilities”).
B. On February 6, 2007: The F Corporation name at Silung City: the contract price for the new construction works for neighboring life: news reporting block at KRW 99,000,000 (including value-added tax) and the additional construction cost for septic tanks: KRW 3,000,000; the Plaintiff was awarded a contract with the Defendant for the “G neighborhood living facilities construction works” as follows:
(2) On November 9, 2007, the term “the third contract date”: The name of the G Corporation: The contract amount for the construction of the neighboring neighborhood life: KRW 150,326,000 (including value added tax) 5), the Plaintiff was awarded a contract from the Defendant for the construction of the H neighborhood living facilities in the Si of Si of Si of Si (hereinafter “the fourth contract”).

B. The Defendant paid KRW 1,00,000 to the Plaintiff as the construction cost of the instant secondary contract, ① on February 8, 2007, ② on June 15, 2007, ② KRW 20,000, ③ on October 1, 2007, ③ KRW 6,000,000, ④ on October 2, 2007, ④ on October 2, 2007, KRW 54,000, total of KRW 100,000,000 to the Plaintiff as the construction cost of the instant third contract, ② through I, on September 27, 2010, KRW 120,000,000, and KRW 2) on September 27, 2010.
3. The Defendant’s construction cost under the instant fourth contract is the Plaintiff, and KRW 30,000,000 on December 17, 2007, and ②.
