1. Facts of recognition;
A. The plaintiffs' status and product 1) The plaintiff's age kyke (NIK c., hereinafter "Plaintiff 2")
) The U.S. corporation, which has overall control over the development, production, etc. of the “NIK” product, a global sports brand, is the head office of the NIK group. The NIK product is being promoted, distributed, and sold by each country’s subsidiaries after being produced in each country’s production plant in the world. In Korea, the non-party’s limited liability company and the non-party’s limited liability company are in charge of the promotion, distribution, sale, etc. of the Naki Sports Co., Ltd. (in 2013, the non-party’s limited liability company was in charge of the public relations, distribution, and sale of the Naki sports product in the Republic of Korea
The total of the two houses below shall be referred to as Naki Korean corporation.
2) Plaintiff 2 is a company registered as a holder of all intellectual property rights, such as Plaintiff 2’s subsidiary and age-based trademark rights [No. 68679 (No. 6866), “NIK” (No. 144176)], design rights, patent rights, etc., and is engaged in a business that receives royalties from each local subsidiary of Plaintiff 2.

The Defendants’ production and sale (attached Form 1) of the product (attached Form 1) began to be released in order from around 2010 to in the Republic of Korea and abroad as stated in the “Naky Campaign Co., Ltd.” on the comparison sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant age co., Ltd.”).
