A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 B 등과 함께 2015. 3. 27. 경부터 2015. 4. 8. 경까지 위 E 게임 장에서, 게임 물등급위원 회로부터 기본문제 당 1000 포인트를 획득하고, Quest 미 완료시 적립된 포인트가 ‘0 ’으로 초기화되며, 이러한 방식으로 문제를 계속 맞추면서 Quest를 완료해야 하는 내용으로 등급 분류를 받은 ‘ 씨 앤 드래곤 3’ 게임기를 그 내용과 달리, 게임기 본체에 I/O 보드 (RF 수신기 )를 장착하여 소위 ‘ 똑딱이 ’를 올려 두고 자동으로 게임을 실행하면서 문제를 맞추어 Quest를 완료할 경우 배경 화면이 낮에서 밤으로 전환되고, 단계별로 각각의 방해 아이템 -2, 3에 해당하는 캐릭터가 현출되고, 현출된 방해 아이템 -2에 해당하는 오징어 캐릭터는 2만 점, 가오리가 나오면 5만 점, 상어가 나오면 10만 점, 불 새가 나오면 20만 점, 방해 아이템 -3에 해당하는 고래가 나오면 30만 점, 황금 고래가 나오면 50만 점, 용이...
