Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2014, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven B Poter truck under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.123% from the 1km section to the front road of the entrance of the Poter, at around 23:35 on the same day, from the road front of the Cpool-si, Gpool-si.
