1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 9, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

Judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendant only submitted the original copy of the instant payment order, and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a specific written response. Thus, it is deemed that the plaintiff's assertion was led under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
