1. As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall be the Yangcheon District Court Yangyang Registry on March 19, 1996.

1. The judgment on the cause of the claim that the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership preservation on the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on December 24, 1993, and that Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 19, 196 on the ground that the Plaintiff purchased the instant real estate from the Plaintiff on March 12, 1996, even if the Plaintiff did not purchase the said real estate, and that Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 4, 2014, the fact that Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant real estate does not conflict between the parties, or that it was recognized by comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions in subparagraphs 1 through 3 and the purport of the entire pleadings.

According to the above facts, the registration of transfer of ownership in Defendant B's name should be cancelled as the registration of invalidation of cause, and accordingly, the registration of transfer of ownership in Defendant C should be cancelled in sequence.

2. As to the determination of the Defendants’ assertion, the Defendants asserted that since Defendant B purchased the instant real estate from the Plaintiff’s mother, the registration of ownership transfer in Defendant B’s name accords with the substantive legal relationship. Therefore, it is not sufficient to recognize the said assertion solely on the basis of each of the descriptions of lives, B, and B (including the serial number), and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it. Therefore, the Defendants’ assertion is without merit.

3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of its reasoning.
