As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate is recognized as 6% per annum from July 12, 2013 to June 24, 2019, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 12% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment, and the excess portion is dismissed.
