Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 13, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court, which became final and conclusive on the 21st of the same month.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 01:30 on January 1, 2019, the Defendant stolen three copies of Samsung Gallona5 mobile phones and cell phone numbers attached to Samsung Gallona five mobile phones and cell phone numbers, which are the market value of the victim’s possession, the victim D was locked within a soup and soup set up.
2. The Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 7,489,120 in total by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority throughout several times as follows.
On January 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) connected the instant game using Samsung Galtha City5 mobile phones of the victim D, as set forth in paragraph (1), around the said soup road; and (b) connected the “F game” through EM, without authority, purchased items of the said game; (c) paid the purchase price of KRW 44,100 in total on several occasions by means of mobile phone small payment; and (d) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.
B. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant visited Samsung G App installed in Samsung G Appa5 mobile phones at Osan-si around the new wall, as described in paragraph (1), and then issued two copies of G virtual credit cards (H and I) without authority by using the personal information recorded in the victim’s resident registration photograph on the victim’s resident registration card located in the said Handphone. On January 14:36, 2019, the Defendant purchased and settled the JJ reserve equivalent to KRW 50,000 using the above virtual credit card at around 50,000 by using the above virtual credit card, as described in the attached crime list, and then settled the same amount of KRW 26 times from around that time until January 2, 2019.
