A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Any person who intends to engage in credit business or loan brokerage business in violation of the Registration of Credit Business, etc. and Protection of Financial Users Act (or receipt of interest in excess of an unregistered credit service provider) shall register with the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayor, Special Self-Governing City Mayor, Do Governor, or Special Self-Governing Province Governor, which has jurisdiction over the relevant place of business, while the interest rate applicable
