When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B Poter freight vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

On July 16, 2020, around 19:20, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.100% in blood on the three-lane road in front of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and led the above vehicle to the intersection of the Trith by the direction of the Trithm from the remote distance of the upper East East East-gu, along the two-lane.
