Punishment of the crime

2. On July 16, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim in front of the victim’s residence in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, stating, “The Defendant would receive the construction cost and make reimbursement within a week if he/she lends KRW 10 million to her first, if he/she lends her KRW 10 million to her.”
