A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.134% on November 22, 2014, while driving the said vehicle at around 06:50%, and driving the said vehicle along the intersection of the three-lane distance in front of the D hotel in Gyeonggi-si, Leecheon-si, Seoul, along the one-lane distance from the Tridong to the Jridong.

Since there is a three-distance intersection with a signal apparatus, the person engaged in driving service had a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely driving the signal apparatus according to the signals of the signal apparatus.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the climatic salt that requires approximately two weeks of treatment by occupational negligence as above.

2. On December 26, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,00,000 from the Suwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1,00,00 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on January 6, 201, a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine of KRW 1,50,00 from the Daejeon District Court’s Incheon District Court’s Support for the same crime, respectively.

The defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.134% at the time of the temporary border stated in paragraph (1), was the above accident from the fluorri, if he was left in Echeon-si.
