1. On June 8, 2015, each measure taken by the Defendant against Plaintiff G and J for five hours of special education for students and guardians.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is an educational foundation that operates N High Schools, etc., and the Plaintiffs were students who were enrolled in the 1st class and the O of the above high school as of 2015.

B. On June 5, 2015, the Nhigh School School Violence Countermeasures autonomous committee (hereinafter “Autonomous Committee”) established pursuant to the School Violence Prevention and Countermeasures Act (hereinafter “School Violence Prevention Act”) held a meeting in relation to the same agenda as indicated in [Attachment 1], and decided to request the president of N High School to take each measure listed below [Attachment 2] against the Plaintiffs on the ground that “the Plaintiff exercised school violence against P, Q, R, S, and T (hereinafter “victims”) who are students of the same Ban.”

[Presentation 1] Agenda 1: Between April 17, 2015, and May 27, 2015, the summary of the case of reporting school violence to the plaintiffs from the same half of the victim students: Plaintiff A, D, and G disclosed the contents of telephone conversations to other students, and sent the recording file to other students [Attachment 2] Plaintiff A, D, and J sent the recording file to other students.

1. Change of class under Article 17 (1) 7 of the School Violence Prevention Act;

2. Plaintiffs G, and J under paragraph 9 of the same Article: 5 hours of special education for the above Plaintiffs and their guardians

1. Five days of completion of the special education course by an internal or external expert set forth in Article 17 (1) 5 of the School Violence Prevention Act;

2. Five hours of special education for the above plaintiffs and their protectors under paragraph (9) of the same Article;

(c) The president of a New High School shall adopt a resolution by the autonomous committee on June 8, 2014.
