1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a professor working for the C University D graduate School from March 2014, and the Defendant is a professor of C University D who was working for the C University D Graduate School.

B. (1) The Plaintiff’s criminal complaint and the filing of civil litigation filed two graduate students at Cuniversity D graduate schools on February 23, 2015 were anonymous and submitted an application for carbon to the school on February 23, 2015, and the said written application included the following: “In D School New Students MT on April 4, 2014, the Defendant provided the Plaintiff’s arms and descendants unnecessary and the Plaintiff’s refusal to live, and repeatedly committed sexual harassment against the Plaintiff, etc. as the Plaintiff was avoided.”

(2) On April 4, 2014, the Plaintiff stated that the aforementioned two students did not formally raise an issue on February 23, 2015, when they received a petition for the Defendant’s sexual speech and behavior on the part of the school in an anonymous manner, but the Plaintiff did not raise an issue considering a long-standing relationship with the Defendant, the Defendant’s status and influence in the school, the Plaintiff’s future school life, etc.

On March 3, 2015, after the issue was raised, the Plaintiff accused the sexual counseling center of the fact that the case was damaged by the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff stated that, after the anonymous student’s petition, the work on the side of the school was unfair, and that the Defendant’s improper speech and behavior was repeated.

On June 2, 2015, the Defendant filed a lawsuit claiming damages of this case against the Defendant.

A person subject to disciplinary action shall be a professor working in the Department of Design of C University, and teachers shall always endeavor to improve the character and qualities to be a letter, study academic support and education principles, and educate students.
