Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a B-to-pur vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim's death by occupational negligence on the same day due to the acute flachising type of the same day.
