1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 825,00 for each of the Plaintiffs, as well as 6% per annum from June 10, 2014 to March 16, 2018; and (b).
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 19, 2010, the network C, the Plaintiffs, subscribed to the “Undividended Han Plus Integrated Insurance 1004 (Contract Period from April 19, 2010 to April 19, 2078)” that covers cancer hospitalization expenses, hospitalization expenses, etc. by the Defendant Company.
B. C was diagnosed as a leuk bruth’s disease with an acute brutal bome, and died on July 29, 2014 during the period of hospitalized treatment from around May 1, 2013.
C. The Defendant Company paid C KRW 12,00,00 (120,000 won x 120,000), KRW 3,755,00 (30,000 won x 125,00) based on the terms and conditions of special hospitalization expenses, and KRW 3 million based on the terms and conditions of special hospitalization expenses.

The plaintiffs alleged that the defendant paid C hospitalization expenses, etc. for the purpose of treatment of cerebral disease from April 30, 2013 to August 24, 2013, and the defendant did not pay C hospitalization expenses for 143 days from August 25, 2013 to January 28, 2014. As such, the defendant did not pay 12 million won for cerebral disease (120 days), ② 8.4 million won for 16th hospitalization (120 days), ③ 3.6 million won for general hospitalization expenses (120 million won), ④ 1 million won for nursing expenses, ⑤ 1 million won for 1.7 million won for each of the plaintiffs, and 1.7 million won for solatium.
3. Determination
A. The Plaintiffs asserted to the effect that hospitalization expenses for cancer (cerebral cancer) and hospitalization expenses for 16th disease (cerebrovascular) shall be paid within 120 days under the terms and conditions, as C had incurred additional cerebral cerebral dysysysysysysysysysysysysysysy
However, considering the overall purport of the statements and arguments by Gap's evidence Nos. 3 through 5, Eul's evidence Nos. 4 and 7, since all brain and cerebral blood which may be generated to Eul are transferred from leuk blood disease or deemed to have been generated therefrom, this is a leuk blood disease.
