On August 26, 2018, around 18:55, the time when the informant reported the case to the plaintiff during the course change in the direction of Article 38 (1) of the Road Traffic Act, and the time when the transmission police station received the case, due to the failure of the informant to observe the direction change in Article 38 (1) of the Road Traffic Act;

On June 12, 2019, the Defendant disclosed to the Plaintiff that “the date and time of receipt of the instant case by the Songpa Police Station” was “ September 16, 2018:20:58,” but the remainder of the information (hereinafter “instant information”) was not disclosed.

The disposition of this case is "the disposition of this case" only that the part which refused to disclose the information.

(C) On June 15, 2019, the Plaintiff filed an objection against the instant disposition against the Defendant, but was dismissed on July 4, 2019 (a ground for recognition A).
