On August 5, 2019, around 07:02, the Defendant driven the C Truck without a driver's license at approximately 20 meters section of the front road of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

In light of the pertinent legal provisions on criminal facts and Articles 152 subparag. 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act’s reason for sentencing from around 2016 to around 2017, the Defendant had two without a license, one-time without a license or one-time driver’s license, and one-time driver’s previous conviction, and the period of suspension of execution has expired, but the Defendant was sentenced to two-year suspended sentence for a total of four-time driver’s licenses on May 4, 2017, and was serving two-year suspended sentence for a total of eight-month suspended sentence, but the Defendant committed the instant crime without being aware of the suspension period, and the Defendant appears to have driven a truck stated in the criminal facts for the company that had been working continuously after the driver’s license was revoked on September 2016.
