On April 2, 2017, the Defendant driven a Grand Fluoron vehicle B in the section B from around one kilometer to the front road of the motor vehicle trading company located in Seo-gu Daejeon-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, in a state of alcohol of 0.151% alcohol concentration among blood transfusion around 01:00.
