Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2018, at around 02:50, the Defendant driven a DNA NAS car with approximately 400m alcohol concentration of 0.139% while under the influence of alcohol on the roads near Gangnam-gu Seoul to the roads near Gangnam-gu Seoul.
