If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cultivate poppy, which is an plant used as a raw material for narcotics, without obtaining approval from the relevant administrative agency.

On May 15, 2017, around 14:45, the Defendant cultivated 50 poppy, which is an plant used as a raw material for narcotics, at the end of the dwelling area of the Defendant of the Republic of Korea, the Sinju City.
