A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

As father's hospital expenses, living expenses, etc. were needed in the absence of money due to the car page business operated by the Defendant, the Defendant, in collusion with the victim (a named B) who was the Defendant, was in collusion with the Defendant using a credit card of the card, which was the victim himself/herself.

On January 7, 2012, the Defendant paid the price of KRW 500,00 with the said credit card despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the said credit card price, and the Defendant paid the price with the said credit card up to 1-15 by the sequence 1 to 15 specified in the attached list of crimes.

In addition, in order to increase the amount of inner card tin, the limit of the amount of the advance payment shall be restored if the advance payment is made in advance, and when the amount of the advance payment is cancelled on the same day, the limit restored due to the advance payment shall be deducted on the next day on April 26, 2012 by using the fact that the limit of the amount of the advance payment is deducted on the next day.

6. On May 11, 2012, the limit was increased to 7.7.0 million won by false words, and the credit card was increased to 14.0 million won from 7 million won to 14.0 million won, and the credit card was paid in advance at a non-place on May 11, 2012 and restored the limit as much as the amount of advance payment. On the same day as the No. 16 of the List of Crimes No. 16, however, the credit card was paid from 13,250,00 won to 12,108,656 won.

On May 22, 2012, the Defendant and the person under whose name the card was deposited in a pre-paid card amounting to KRW 25,416,981, and restores the limit to use the card again, and then pays KRW 13,278,50 over five times from the head office of a department store as shown in attached Table 17-21, and immediately pays KRW 25,416,981.
