Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, on October 1, 2009, the Defendant continued to attend the above hospital from around September 23, 2009 and acted as if he had a mental disease, and took a prescription after receiving a mental diagnosis from F, and issued a medical certificate for military use under the name of “F,” “Is the U.S. E., “S. E., U.S. E., E., E., E.S., E., E., U.S. military service or exemption from military service,” and submitted a written request for military service change or exemption from military service and the written medical examination for military service use.
