1. The Defendant shall, within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased C, pay to the Plaintiff KRW 14,250,000 as well as the Plaintiff on January 2, 2014.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff paid KRW 10 million to the deceased C, and the defendant paid KRW 500,000 per month to the plaintiff for 20 months on March 16, 2013, but only KRW 3 million was refunded, and ② on April 15, 2013, the due date for repayment was determined and lent as April 15, 2014; thereafter, the deceased on October 17, 2013; the remaining inheritors except the defendant died; and the defendant was adjudicated on qualified acceptance of inheritance. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay KRW 14,250,00 within the scope of inherited property to the plaintiff, as the plaintiff seeks, and the damages for delay from July 2014, 2014, which is a duplicate of the complaint of this case, to the extent of inherited property.
