Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving construction machinery dump trucks.

On November 22, 2014, the Defendant was driving the said truck on the front of the road along the intersection of the 09:30 square meters for sports, with the two intersections of the Myeoncheon-do from the Myeoncheon-do, to the two intersections of the Myeoncheon-do.

Since the location is the intersection where the vehicle is traveling, there was a duty of care to prevent the accident in advance by driving and safely passing through the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and found at the latest 40CC which the victim C (the 75-year-old) who entered the right side of the Defendant truck from the front side of the watch room to the left-hand turn on the front side of the front side of the truck, and caused a shock on the left-hand side of the Defendant truck with the front front part of the truck.

Ultimately, at around 11:52 on November 22, 2014, the Defendant caused the victim’s death by occupational negligence to the low-amount shock shocks caused by external cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral Spe, etc. during the treatment at an integrated hospital of 5-15, the Defendant caused the victim’s death.
