1. The Defendants are with respect to the Plaintiff, according to the inheritance shares listed in the attached list, not less than 1,704 square meters of Gangwon-gun G forest land in Gangwon-gun.

1. The indication of claim H completed the registration of the creation of superficies, which is the holder of superficies, from July 13, 1977 to 30 years, and from the date of July 13, 1977, with respect to the 1,704 square meters of Gangwon-gun G forest land in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, pursuant to the superficies contract concluded with the I stock company.

Since then, the Defendants inherited the property of H on June 24, 2016. The Plaintiff, the present owner of the above real estate, filed a claim against the Defendants for the cancellation of the registration of creation of superficies by asserting that the above contract was destroyed immediately after the conclusion of the superficies contract, as well as the duration has already expired.
