[Defendant A]
1. The punishment of the accused shall be four months of imprisonment;

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2016 Highest 385] Defendant A, at around 21:10 on September 29, 2015, had Defendant A her fightd with the victim in the process of stating that Defendant B had a dispute with the victim F (the age of 49) and outside the E “E”, and that the victim would be “dward.”
Defendant
