A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a C Poter cargo vehicle.

1. On July 3, 2016, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.081% among blood transfusions on July 3, 2016, and proceeded to turn to the left at the right angle of Jinbuk-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City by driving the said cargo vehicle at the speed of 0.081%.

2. The Defendant, at night at the time of driving as above, was in the surrounding condition at night, and there was an intersection where signal lights are installed at the front of the area. As such, the Defendant had a duty of care to look at the front side and the right and the right of the vehicle driver and to prevent the accident in advance by driving the vehicle safely in accordance with the new code.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to turn to the left in violation of the stop signal, and went to the right part of the F-city bus driven by the victim E (46 years old) who was driven by the victim E (46 years old) in accordance with the right part of the F-city bus driven by the victim E (46 years old) with the right part of the said cargo vehicle, and was sealed to the left side due to the shock, and received the front part of the H bus truck drivened by the victim G (48 years old) with the rear part of the said cargo vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) by such occupational negligence, caused the victim E to inflict an injury on the scopical base, etc. that requires approximately two weeks of treatment; (b) caused the victim I (the victim I, 26 years of age) who was on board the bus to inflict an injury on the scopical base, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of treatment; (c) caused the K (the 26 years of age) to inflict an injury on the scopical base, tensions, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of treatment; and (d) caused K (the 57 years of age) to inflict an injury on the scopical base, tension, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of treatment; (d) to inflict an injury on the scopical base, scopical base, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of treatment; and (e) to have L (the 55 years of age) to inflict an injury on the scopical base, scopical base, and N, etc. for about ten (10) days of age.
