A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the president of the D Teaching Institute located in the Dasan-si, had a student and female juvenile E (the age of 18) feel sexual humiliation and had a sexual desire to commit an indecent act.

2.
